Hello we at Zion Christian Ministry love and appreciate many other ministries out there on the internet. On this subpage I would like to highlight three of them, provide some biographical information, and provide you with links to some of their material. As with any ministry, I am not necessarily agreeing with everything each of them have ever said, nor am I claiming that they endorse my ministry, but I do recommend the following material that they have produced and I would like to present it to you. God bless you! Shawn Stevens

Biographical information, quoted from;

Dr. Michael L. Brown became a believer in Jesus 1971 as a sixteen year-old, heroin-shooting, LSD-using Jewish rock drummer.

Since then, he has preached throughout America and around the world, bringing a message of repentance, revival, reformation and cultural revolution.

He holds a Ph.D. in Near Eastern Languages and Literatures from New York University and has served as a visiting or adjunct professor at Southern Evangelical Seminary, Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary (Charlotte), Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Fuller Theological Seminary, Denver Theological Seminary, the King’s Seminary, Regent University School of Divinity, and Global Awakening Theological Seminary and he has contributed numerous articles to scholarly publications, including the Oxford Dictionary of Jewish Religion and the Theological Dictionary of the Old Testament.

Dr. Brown is the author of more than 40 books, including Our Hands Are Stained with Blood: The Tragic Story of the “Church” and the Jewish People, which has been translated into more than twelve languages, the highly acclaimed five-volume series, Answering Jewish Objections to Jesus, commentaries on Jeremiah (part of the revised edition of the Expositor’s Bible Commentary) and Job, and more than 10 books on revival and the Jesus revolution. (See his C.V. for complete list.)

Dr. Brown is a national and international speaker on themes of spiritual renewal and cultural reformation, and he has debated Jewish rabbis, agnostic professors, and gay activists on radio, TV and college campuses. He is widely considered to be the world’s foremost Messianic Jewish apologist.

David Wilkerson CLICK BELOW

Biographical information, quoted from

David Wilkerson was called to New York City in 1958 to minister to gang members and drug addicts, as told in the best-selling book The Cross and the Switchblade. He went on to create Teen Challenge and World Challenge, Inc. to minister to people’s spiritual and physical needs.

In 1987, he established Times Square Church. As its founding pastor, he faithfully led this congregation, delivering powerful biblical messages that encourage righteous living and complete reliance on God.

David Wilkerson also had a strong burden to encourage his fellow pastors. He founded the Summit International School of Ministry; and from 1999 to 2008, he held international conferences to strengthen church leaders.

His passion to support believers, build up leaders and care for the poor is still at the heart of World Challenge’s ministries to this day.

If you here me say “dot, dot, dot” as I read a quote, what that is is “…” (ellipsis) When quoting someone I don’t always want the full long quote and abbreviate it for the presentation or for a book. However I like to let my audience know that I am doing that.
